Things to do in Laganas

Party, Party, Party and when you have partied, party some more. If you want a break from partying then there are plenty of things to do in Laganas and surrounding area. You can go scuba diving, hire a motor boat out for the day and go to turtle island, you can swim with the turtles, Party some more in one of the many beach bars, top up your tan on the beach or by the pool. Go go karting, play some crazy golf , do some shopping, party some more, take an island tour or boat cruise around the island. Go for guided jeep safari or make you own jeep safari up. Do some sea fishing plus there are three water parks in Zante that you can go to. Go bowling at the bowling alley and don't forget to party as well. For the more energetic of you, there are gymnasiums in some of the hotels in Laganas plus Lorry's Gym/ Five-a-side football. Mountain Biking in or around Laganas if you want to really explore the surrounding area.

There are no watersports allowed in Laganas Bay area due to the Caretta Caretta turtles but there are free local buses that are provided to take you to best watersports in Zante. St Nikolas watersports in Vassilikos and No Fear Watersports at Banana Beach, also at Vassilikos . They have everything that all you watersport fanatics need. From ringos, jet ski's, crazy sofa and the flying fish are to name but a few.

Jeep safari is a smaller version of the coach trips but these go off road to places where the coaches can't go, Sign up for a jeep safari and head of down dirt tracks that you’d never find for yourself as a driver-come-guide takes you to places only the locals know. The water parks in Zante could be the place for a day out if you’re looking for a change. If you have older children or just love the adrenalin rush of a waterslides then this could be a good day out for you.
